Is P.F. Flyers an Active Company? 

Why, yes, of course we are. And we are doing business a bit more unusual than you might expect. We have recently undergone new ownership (and yes, Kassia Davis is the first female owner in a male dominated industry) and we are working through setting our path to provide you with some of your favorites from our pastime while exploring new innovation. So, thanks for your patience and watch as we slow drip and unveil the new P.F. Flyers over the next 12 to 18 months. 

 

What does P.F. Flyers Stand For?

PF stands for Posture Foundation. The Posture Foundation insole was the first comfort technology designed specifically for sport shoes. It was a breakthrough in cushioning and support and became the brand name P-F in 1937.

 

Who Owns P.F. Flyers?

Kassia Davis is owner, CEO and Executive Chairwoman of the P.F. Flyers company and brand as of July 2021. 

 

Are P.F. Flyers and Converse Associated with One Another?

No. P.F. Flyers is a stand alone entity and has no affiliation with other brands or companies. 

 

Are P.F. Flyers made in America? 

No, not at this time. Quality and sustainability are at the forefront of our development and we source and manufacture all over the world.Â
