A lottlebtight i. The toe box for my wide feet, but otherwise amazing
I love everything about these shoes. After 30+ years in overpriced Chuck Taylor's, I've made the switch to PF Flyers. These shoes are a step above Chucks in every way. There's an army of disillusioned Converse wearers just waiting to buy these shoes if they only knew about them. What a shame PF Flyers aren't sold in every national shoe chain in the country. Long Live PF Flyers! NOTE: order 1/2 size up from Chuck Taylors. I wear 9 in Chucks, but 9 1/2 in Flyers.

It's a great shoe. I usually buy premium designer sneakers. This P.F. Flyer pair is a better shoe, both for design and comfort. The quality seems very high; I"ll wear them hard and hope they last a good long time. Kudos to this original American brand!

Based on some review or other, I thought these would be wider than Converse/Chucks. They are not, so I'm stuck with ProKeds for canvas sneaks. Not as stylish but Keds have a slightly wider front and a narrower heel. As a wide-foot woman I ordered the men's size 8.5 that fits me quite well in other brands, but could not even get my foot in. So I returned them and for size 9 -- the toe box was now wide enough to wear with only a bit of pain (and probably busting them open after a few months), but now the heel was slipping up and down with every step. The shoes seem to be the same width all the way from front to back with no shaping that would cup the heel. Anyhow, they are cute as all heck so I gave them 3 stars, apparently they work for a lot of folks leaving 5 star reviews, so while I think the "last" (shape, basically) of these sneakers could be a lot more like actual feet, they can have my 3 stars. I need to return the 2nd pair at my expense I guess and just wear uglier shoes boo hoo
Love the sneakers the comfort right out the box is amazing. The only additional construction request i would like to see in your low top offerings is additional padding and a slightly higher build in and around the ankle for better lockdown feel in the shoe. If manufacturing can achieve this at a cost effective rate I think you will see a vast amount of increasing shoes sales.
