This week’s Flyers Club feature is Mica Moody. Mica is an LA-based model fighting for diversity and representation within the industry. After giving up her dance career to pursue modeling full time during the pandemic, Mica is working to help other models find their own path and break into the industry.

A lot of people don’t know or forget that I was adopted from China.

I can make light out of any situation.

I have now been published in four magazines, one of which I’m on the cover!

My name is Mica Moody, and I’m a model in LA. I’m diversifying the industry, and showing the world that you don’t have to be a tall, skinny, blonde with perfect skin to be a model. There are so many other types of modeling besides runway, which is what we automatically think of. I want more Asian representation, and I want to help other models break into the industry!
